 The St. Gabriel's Library houses a wide array of books, multi-media, reference and teacher resources, as well as equipment for use by students, faculty, and parents.
Our librarian, Mrs. Coleman, maintains a library collection of over 14,000 books, multi-media items (such as books on tape, CD-ROMS, videos, and DVDs), databases, search engines, and periodicals.
Each week students from kindergarten through fifth grade visit the library for checking-out books and for story time and/or library/study skills instruction. Flexible scheduling is also available for middle school students to do research with or without teachers and to receive certain subject area instruction. Pre-K has the librarian visit them in their classrooms until mid-year.
