Leah Esparza

Leah Esparza has worked in Catholic education for over 15 years and joined the St. Michael’s Prep community in 2013. She is passionate about building relationships and advancing the school’s mission through fundraising and alumni engagement. In addition to overseeing annual giving efforts, Leah supports the Alumni Board, leads the Alumni Day of Giving, and serves as a liaison to all school alumni. Her fundraising work also focuses on growing the school’s endowment to ensure long-term sustainability. Leah holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from Texas Tech University. She and her husband stay busy keeping up with their three boys and love spending time outdoors, traveling, and adventuring as a family.
