Lisa Schaffer

Upper School Receptionist

Lisa Schaffer joined our school in 2013. She grew up in Austin and graduated from St. Ignatius Catholic School and Crockett High School. She received her BA in Education from Trinity University, San Antonio. She began teaching in Weslaco, TX before returning to Austin to teach in the Eanes ISD. During her years in Eanes, she had numerous leadership opportunities at the Campus, District, and State level including working with the Governor’s and Senate’s education leaders. Life’s journey led her to be an Administrative Assistant to the Pastors of a Church in Westlake. Arriving at St. Michael’s Prep was the perfect blend of her years of teaching along with her administrative work in the Church. She cherishes time with family and friends, but never forgets to “Be still and know that I am God; Psalm 46:10."
