Lorraine Lim
Upper School Bus Driver
Lorraine brings over 20 years of experience in transportation, having worked with public schools in Illinois and the Austin area, serving students from K-12th grade before transitioning to private schools. She joined St. Michael's Prep in 2022 and holds a C.D.L. Class B license with passenger, school bus, and air brake endorsements.
Additionally, Lorraine maintains her Texas School Bus Safety Training certification, completing recertification every three years, and her D.O.T. physical/medical card every two years.

Before moving to Austin, Lorraine founded the Helping Hands Ministry in 2001 in Naperville, Illinois, where she managed over 50 volunteers. She also holds a cosmetology license from the Gordon Phillips School of Cosmetology and spent more than 20 years working as a hairstylist in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
In her free time, Lorraine enjoys riding her Can-Am Spyder alongside her husband, Robert, who rides his Harley. She is passionate about cooking and treasures time spent with her two children and three grandchildren.
