Kirsten Funderburk

Kirsten Funderburk has been working in education since 2005. She has her Bachelor of Science in Library Science and Information Technology from the University of Maine. She chose school librarianship because she enjoys bringing stories to life and helping children fall in love with books. Kirsten has lived all over, including Norway and the U.K., and loves to travel whenever she can. Although Maine is her favorite state, her heart is in Montana with her grandchildren and she visits them as often as she can. In the meantime, Kirsten is thankful for Facetime! She has lived in Austin since 2010 and feels blessed to be working at St. Michael's Prep!
