Jim Evans - Trustee

Jim Evans is the Global Practice Leader for Voluntary Benefits Consulting at Arthur J. Gallagher & Company (NYSE: AJG) (“Gallagher”). Gallagher, designs and administers a full array of property, casualty, risk management, health, welfare and retirement plans in 49 countries. In March 2015, Jim co-founded The EHE Group, LLC (dba “BonusDrive”). BonusDrive is a benefit program for auto purchase and lease focusing on a frictionless, cash-back offer to both employees and policyholders of participating organizations and insurance companies. Gallagher purchased BonusDrive in November 2019. In 2002, Jim co-founded Voluntary Benefits Solutions, LLC (“VBS”). VBS provides voluntary benefits consulting to mid and large market employer groups. Gallagher purchased VBS in June 2008. Prior to VBS, Jim was a senior attorney at Ford Motor Company concentrating on corporate and insurance transactions. Jim is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He received both his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from Wayne State University and holds several insurance licenses and designations. Jim and his wife Stephanie have resided in Austin, Texas since 2009 and have three children, Madeline, Charlie, and Gianna who attend St. Gabriel’s Catholic School. The Evans family are members of Emmaus Catholic Parish.
