St. Gabriel’s Catholic School celebrated the 8th grade class of 2022 at an Awards Dinner on May 18 and a Graduation Mass on May 19.

“We are so proud of our graduating Sabers, who represented our school with integrity, caring, and excellence,” said Colleen Lynch, Head of School.

Students received achievement awards for success in academic and special subjects, athletics, academic growth, service, academic excellence, leadership, and outstanding effort.

Additionally, Bella A. and Max K. were granted Cardinal Virtues awards, which recognize students who exemplify the school’s Cardinal Virtues of prudence, temperance, justice, and fortitude.

Nathan N. and Rebeca G. received the Founders Endowed Awards. These awards, named to honor the commitment of the faculty and staff who have been a part of the St. Gabriel’s community since its inception, are given to one student who began their journey in our Pre-K program and exemplifies the school’s mission and values throughout their time at the school and to a student whose time at St. Gabriel’s is a model for others to follow, advancing the school’s mission and vision.

William R. was presented with the Leonard Dolce Award, for not only excellence in academics but also in leadership and Christian character.

“Congratulations to all members of the St. Gabriel’s Catholic School 8th grade class of 2021-2022,” Lynch said. “We cannot wait to see what you achieve in high school and beyond.”
